The AI Meeting Assistant functions as an intelligent participant in your virtual meetings. It securely joins your calls, listens to the conversation, and processes the audio into structured, highly accurate notes in real-time.

Link your Google or Outlook calendar to have the bot automatically detect future meetings and join them right as they start. No manual invites needed.
2Instant Transcription
Paste a meeting URL (Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams) directly into the app dashboard. The bot will dispatch instantly to join your ongoing call.

How to Add the Bot to an Active Call
- Navigate to your Dashboard.
- Click the Floating + Button or interact with the Quick Actions menu at the top.
- Select Meet Assistant (denoted by the Video icon).
- Choose Instant Meet Transcription.
- Paste your Meet, Teams, or Zoom URL.
- Click Join Meeting. The bot will appear in the call's waiting room within 15-30 seconds.

Always inform participants that the meeting is being recorded and transcribed. Depending on your local jurisdiction, two-party consent may be legally required.
